This week's biennial Dominic College Asian Festival was off to a fantastic start today with students visiting the static and digital displays in the K-6 library, undertaking research and collecting material for their passports.
Students have enjoyed learning of our neighbours, and the many aspects of life we share, as well as the varied and different parts of history and culture.
From creating haiku poetry and opera masks, to learning about geography and currency, there's always something new on the horizon!
Plus Mamma Margaret Kitchen became a frenzy of seaweed, rice, capsicum, carrot, chicken, herbs and mayonaise as students sliced, spread, wrapped and served super sushi.
Photos from the day are on our website gallery: Displays and Sushi.
