Information for Parents Regarding the Coronavirus Alert

Dear Parents and Families

Many schools across Australia are acting in response to the recent outbreak of a new coronavirus in Australia.

The virus, which is believed to have originated from the Chinese city of Wuhan, was confirmed to have reached Australia over the weekend with four cases reported in NSW, with a fifth case being reported in Victoria on Monday.

As part of Dominic College’s response to the outbreak, students and families who have travelled to China over the summer break are asked to contact the College ( Maria Walker 6274 6071 or Steve Casni 6274 6000) and are asked not to return until they have been cleared of the virus by a medical doctor.
