Netball Firsts at Silverdome

On Tuesday our firsts of the school netball team travelled to the Launceston Silverdome to compete with five other schools in the Tassie Hawks Cup. The girls played two matches, the first against St Patrick’s College where St Pat’s managed to come away with a narrow 27-23 win, and in the second match Dominic defeated St Brendan Shaw College 35-25.

The girls were awarded Runners up in their division. Congratulations to the girls on their efforts on the day, and thank you to Mrs Davey for travelling with the girls and coaching them not only on Tuesday but throughout the 2016 SSATIS roster
