Term 3 House debating concludes

The House Debating competition came to a fitting conclusion last week with the final debates held in The Oratory Space, and with guest adjudicator Mr Casni presiding.

Congratulations to the Year 7/8 Guzman Team (That our treatment of animals in the food industry is inhumane), and the Year 9/10 Siena team (That Chaos is better than order) on their successful campaigns this year.

The competition was especially close in the Year 7/8 competition, and it was fantastic to see the level of preparation, commitment, and thoughtful arguments from everyone this year. This certainly is becoming another of Dominic College’s fiercely fought House Competitions and we look forward to next year’s series of debates.
