Year 1-Year 6 Sports Forms

Welcome to another fantastic year of Sports in K-6 at Dominic College.

Our students are so lucky with the opportunities they have to participate in sports and carnivals and a lot of thanks needs to go to everyone involved for your help and support.

Here is information about the sports available in Years 1-6 and the form to fill in for your chosen sports: 2016 sports forms.

Sports teams start early, so I need these forms back very quickly so I can collate requests and allocate teams and resources.

If you are interested in coaching a team in any sport please let me know, it is a great way to connect with the kids and you will find it very rewarding.
